摘 要:为了保障矿井提升机设备安全运行,运用LabVIEW为平台设计矿井提升机故障诊断系统,实现对提升机各组成部件运行状态监测与故障诊断。设计了基于图形化编程语言LabVIEW的故障诊断系统,运用Matlab Script节点建立基于遗传算法的推理机,实现提升机故障信号识别。仿真表明:在缺乏先验知识和样本数据很少的情况下对故障做出判断,减小了知识不足对诊断结果的影响,根据故障数据确定了提升机故障部位及原因,对及时排除设备安全隐患具有重要意义。In order to protect the mine elevator equipment in a safe state, LabVIEW as a platform develops mine hoist fault diagnosis model; this monitors the parts of hoist and makes fault diagnosis. Based on the LabVIEW graphical programming language develops a fault diagnosis system module, Inference engine based on genetic algorithms was established through the Matlab Script node to achieve hoist fault signal recognition. The results indicated that in the absence of prior knowledge and sample data, the fault diagnosis system module could make an accurate fault diagnosis and locate the fault position. There is a great significant for us to exclude the problem of equipment timely.
