摘　　要：本文以农村金融增量改革为研究背景,在分析村镇银行基本情况和实践效果的基础上,重点探讨村镇银行进一步发展所面临的发起机构主体过于单一、发起机构条件过于苛刻、基础系统和支持政策不完备等一系列制度约束,并提出相应的优化建议。With the incremental reform of rural finance as the background,this paper studies the fundamental state and practice effect of village banks.A profound discussion is then conducted on a series of institutional constraints imposed on the further development for village banks,including simple mix and demanding requirements of sponsoring agencies as well as incompleteness of the basic system and supporting policies.Suggestions for improvement of village banks are finally proposed in the paper.
