摘　　要：目的用体外细胞毒性试验考察穿琥宁注射液的安全性,并考察辅料和有关物质对注射液安全性的影响。方法选用L-929细胞,采用MTT比色法测定不同厂家穿琥宁注射液的体外细胞毒性。结果不同厂家穿琥宁注射液的安全浓度有差异;辅料的安全浓度高且不同厂家间有差异;有关物质合格的注射液的安全浓度高于不合格的注射液。结论辅料对穿琥宁注射液的安全性影响较小;有关物质可能影响穿琥宁注射液的安全性。OBJECTIVE To investigate the safety of potassium dehydroandrograpolide succinate（DAS-K） injections and the influences of excipients and related substances by cytotoxicity tests.METHODS MTT Colorimetry with L-929 cells was adopted to determine the cytotoxicity of DAS-K injections.RESULTS DAS-K injections from different manufactures showed different safe concentrations.The safe concentrations of excipients were high and showed differences from different manufactures.The DAS-K injections with qualified related substances had a higher safe concentration than those with unqualified related substances.CONCLUSION Excipients slightly affect on the safety of injections,but the related substances may affect on the safety of injections.
