摘 要:目的建立控制参附注射液中红参质量的HPLC指纹图谱。方法色谱柱为Discovery-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为含2%四氢呋喃的乙腈溶液-水系统(梯度洗脱),检测波长203nm,柱温35℃,流速1.0mL·min-1,分析时间110min。结果在对照指纹图谱中确定了17个共有峰,测得10批参附注射液中红参皂苷指纹图谱相似度为0.992~0.997。结论所建方法重复性好,可为有效控制参附注射液的质量提供依据。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint method for the quality control of ginsenosides in Shenfu injection.METHODS HPLC with Discovery-C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used with the acetonitrile containing 2% tetrahydrofuran-water as a mobile phase,the column temperature at 35 ℃ and the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1.The UV wavelength used for detection was set at 203 nm and the analysis time was 110 min.RESULTS HPLC fingerprint chromatograms of 10 batches of Shenfu injection were analyzed,and 17 co-peaks on the HPLC fingerprints of ginsenosides in panax ginseng rubra were indicated.The similarity result of analysis were 0.992-0.997.CONCLUSION The RP-HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable,feasible for the analysis of panax ginseng rubra in Shenfu injection and can be used for the quality control of Shenfu injection.
