美皮康与传统纱布敷料对骨牵引针孔护理对比研究

摘　　要：目的探讨使用美皮康与传统纱布敷料两种方法应用于骨牵引针孔换药方式的临床效果。方法将骨科50例四肢骨折并进行骨牵引的患者按入院顺序的方法分成实验组24例和对照组26例。实验组以美皮康敷贴换药,对照组以临床常用的无菌纱布敷料进行换药,观察每天更换敷料、牵引针孔及周围皮肤红肿、渗出、敷料脱落、床单被套被渗出液污染等病例数。结果更换敷料、牵引针孔及周围皮肤红肿、渗出、敷料脱落、床单被套被渗出液污染等方面的临床效果,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论美皮康对保护骨科骨牵针孔的治疗效果优于传统纱布敷料,对预防牵引针道感染有效。Objective To discuss the clinical results of dressing management by Mepilex and routine gauze dressing for the pin hole after skeletal traction.Methods Fifty cases of limb fractures were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the sequence of admission,including 24 cases in study group and 26 cases in control group.Mepilex was used to change dressings in study group.Routines gauze dressing was used in control group.We observed the dressings everyday and recorded the number of cases of redness around pin hole and surrounding skin,exudation,losing of dressing and contamination in bed sheets by effusion.Results Study group was significantly superior to control group in redness around pin hole and surrounding skin,exudation,losing of dressing and contamination in bed sheets by effusion（P 0.05）.Conclusion Nursing management of pin hole after skeletal traction by Mepilex can achieve better results than routine gauze dressing in preventing and curing pin track infection.
