New Solution Pertinent to Simultaneous Equations for Determination of Procaine Hydrochloride and VB_6 in Compound “Yikangning”Tablets

摘　　要：目的：测定复方益康宁中的盐酸普普卡因和维生素B6二组分含量。方法：采用光度分析中的联立方程组新解法测定盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6二组分含量。结果：在选定的实验条件下盐酸普鲁卡因和维生素B6的线性范围分别是0．000－0．147mmol／L和0．000－0．175mmol／L。该两组分的回收率分别为100．5％和99．8％，CV不大于1．9％（n＝10）。结论：本方法用吸收比代替吸收系数，不但操作简便而且准确度高。Objective:To detendne the amounls of procaine HCl and vitamin B6 in compound 'Yikangning' tablets. Methods: A new solution to simultaneous equations (Vierordt's method) in spec- trophotometry was used to determine the contents of procaine HCl and vitamin B, in the compound tablets. Results: Under the selected experimental condition, the calibration concentration of procaine HCl and vi- tandn B, was within the linear range of 0 .000- 0.147 mmol/L and 0 .000- 0.175 mmol/L, respective- ly. The rates of recovery were 100 .5% for procaine HCl and 99. 8 % for vitawhn B, with CV not more than 1 .9 % (n =10). Conclusion: The new method is used for replacing the absorPtion coefficients with the absorPtion ratios, and it is not only simple but also accurate.
