摘 要:从虚拟现实技术的角度出发,讨论了虚拟装配涉及到的一些关键技术和解决办法,包括虚拟装配环境的构建、实时碰撞检测以及装配路径规划等问题。应用虚拟现实制作软件EON,展示了交互控制风能发电机组叶片移动与轮毂碰撞完成装配的过程,并以风能发电机组的齿轮箱为例,在假定装配体拆卸为装配的逆过程的前提下,提出了虚拟装配的解决方案,以文本和动画的形式记录了拆卸过程信息,实现了齿轮箱的虚拟装配,为风能发电机组的整机虚拟装配提供了依据,最终实现整机的虚拟装配。Based on the virtual reality technogy,this paper discussed some key technologies and solutions as to the virtual assembly,and discusses the issues on building a virtual assembly environment,real-time collision detection and assembly path planning.It displayed the interactive control assembly process of the blade movement from wind-generator set and the collision assembly from wheelbox by applying the virtual reality software EON.And this paper took the gearbox of the wind-generator set as the example,proposed the solutions for virtual assembly under the assumption that disassembly was the inverse process for assembly,the disassembly process information was recorded in the form of text and animation,the virtual assembly of the gearbox was realized,it could provide a basis for the virtual assembly of the whole generating units,and is helpful for realizing the virtual assembly of the whole generating units eventually.
