摘　　要：农牧区农村能源建设是我国能源发展的一个特殊领域。不合理的用能方式和用能结构,严重影响农牧区农村能源建设,制约其社会、经济、环境的和谐发展。文章以云南农牧区兰坪县、香格里拉县及内蒙古通辽市农牧区的农村生活能源使用情况为研究对象,通过实地调查,分析了我国南北方农村的能源利用结构及现状,其主要特征是能源消费结构不合理,过度依赖生物质能,利用效率低,污染严重,提出了解决南北方农牧区农村生活用能问题的对策建议,为农牧区农村能源的合理开发及建设资源节约型和环境友好型社会提供参考依据。Rural energy construction in agricultural and pastoral areas is a special field in energy development for our country.Unreasonable energy use manner and energy consumption structure have not only seriously affected the construction of rural energy in agricultural and pastoral areas but also have restrictions on its social,economic and environmental development.This paper takes the energy use condition of people＇s daily life in southern and northern agricultural and pastoral areas as the example,and carried out the study on energy structure together with energy use condition there through field investigation in order to find out the energy consumption where there is still the problems such as unreasonable energy use structure、rely too much on bio-energy、serious waste of energy、sever environmental pollution problems and so on.On the basis of above studies,it proposes the recommendations to solve the problems of energy utilization and it will provide references for exploiting daily life energy reasonably、building a resource-saving environmentally friendly society in southern and northern agricultural and pastoral areas.
