摘 要:沼气池结构形式的改进,应满足厌氧发酵工艺条件的要求,并通过技术创新达到工厂化生产、商品化供应和方便地推广应用。针对现有钢筋混凝土结构水压式户用沼气池所具有的优点和存在的问题,提出可以消除料液流动盲区的高效户用沼气池——回转搅拌式户用玻璃钢沼气池。小试装置的模拟运行显示:在平均发酵温度为17.07℃的条件下,进行回转搅拌的沼气池容积产气率达到0.435m^3/(m^3·d),比不搅拌的沼气池产气率提高40%。The improvement of the structural form of the methane pit shall meet the requirements of the anaerobic fermenting process conditions and the production in the factory,and try to realize the industrialized manufacture,commercialized supply as well as the convenient application through the technological innovation.According to the advantages and problems of the current water pressure household methane pit in the structure of reinforced concrete,the rotary stirring household GRP methane pit,which is the high-efficiency household methane pit due to eliminate the blind area of the feed liquid is presented.The simulation and operation of the device in the small-scale test shows that the volumetric gas production rate of the methane pit in the rotary stirring reaches 0.435 m^3/(m^3·d),which is 40% more than that of the unstirred methane pit at the average fermenting temperature of 17.07 ℃.
