RP-HPLC法同时测定红景天苷原料药中红景天苷及其有关物质的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立RP-HPLC方法同时测定红景天苷原料药中红景天苷及其有关物质的含量。方法：Shi m-pack C18色谱柱,甲醇/水（15/85,v/v）为流动相,检测波长为275nm,流速1.0 mL.min-1,外标法计算含量。结果：红景天苷试验线性范围为：0.0300-1.0000 mg·mL^-1,r=0.9999,回收率为99.92%。有关物质淫羊藿次苷D2试验线性范围为：0.0010-0.0300 mg·mL^-1,r=0.9997,回收率为99.82%;4-乙酰基苯酚-β-D-葡萄糖苷试验线性范围为：0.0003-0.0050 mg·mL^-1,r=0.9995,回收率为98.17%;云杉素试验线性范围为：0.0001-0.0030 mg·mL^-1,r=0.9996,回收率为98.83%。结论：所建立的分析方法简便、快速、准确,适用于红景天苷原料药中红景天苷及其有关物质的同时测定。Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of salidroside and related substances in salidroside bulk drug.Methods： Using RP-HPLC with Shim-pack C18 column,methanol/water（15/85,v/v） as the mobile phase.Detection wavelength was 275nm.Flow rate was 1.0mL min-1.Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0300～1.0000mg·mL^-1 for salidroside（r=0.9999） and the average recovery was 99.92%.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0010～0.0300mg·mL^-1 for icariside D2（r=0.9997）and the average recovery was 99.82%.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0003～0.0050mg·mL^-1 for 4-acetylphenol-β-D-glucopyranoside（r=0.9995） and the average recovery was 98.17%.The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.0001～0.0030mg·mL^-1 for picein（r=0.9996） and the average recovery was 98.83%.Conclusion： The method is simple,rapid,accurate and effective for determination of salidroside and its related substances in salidroside bulk drug.
