摘　　要：目的：探索桡骨头与桡骨颈成角移位骨折的手术复位和内固定方法的改进与效果。方法：自１９８６～１９９８年间，对成角移位＞３５°的桡骨头与桡骨颈骨折施行手术切开截骨复位，自体骨楔形骨块嵌入植骨固定术治疗１５例。结果：１３例获６个月～１０年随访，全部病例均获骨性愈合，功能恢复良好。结论：截骨复位效果优于传统的撬拨复位。植骨固定可靠、植骨量少，手术操作简便。Objective:To improve the surgical technique for reduction and internal fixation of radius head and radius neck fracture with angular displacement.Method:From 1986 to 1998,15 patients of radial head and neck fracture with angular displacement more than 35 degrees were treated by a improved operation,which included osteotomy between the head and neck to correct the angular displacement,wedge autograft of bone for fixation.Results:13 cases were followedup from 6 months to 10 years.All the fractures healed well and functional recovery of the limbs was satisfactory.Conclusion:The result of reduction by osteotomy is better than that of traditional prying reduction.Bone graft for fixation was reliable and easy to perform.
