土大黄中糖苷类化学成分的研究

摘　　要：目的：进一步研究土大黄中的化学成分。方法：采用溶剂法提取土大黄的化学成分,常规硅胶层析、MCI gel CHP 20P层析及制备薄层色谱分离纯化,根据化合物的物理、化学性质和波谱方法鉴定化合物。结果：鉴定了5个化合物,分别为：orcinol glucoside,clicoemodin,rumexoside C,chrysophaneine和aloesin。结论：这5个化合物都是土大黄中的糖苷类化合物、且化合物clicoemodin,rumexoside C,chrysophaneine含量较高。Objective：To further study the chemical constituents of Rumex nepalensis.Methods：Chemical components of Rumex nepalensis is extracted and puried by conventional silica gel,MCI gel CHP 20P chromatography,preparation TLC.According to physical and chemical properties and spectral analysis,identified five compounds.Results：Five compounds were identified as orcinol glucoside,clicoemodin,rumexoside C,chrysophaneine and aloesin respectively.Conclusion：Five compounds are all glycosides in Rumex nepalensis and the contents of clicoemodin,rumexoside C and chrysophaneine are relatively higher.
