摘 要:目的:对大理花甸药材场种植的附子、川芎、木香、三分三和大黄中砷、汞、镉、铅4种重金属元素的含量进行测定和分析。方法:采用原子荧光分光光度法,并对测定方法进行了方法学考察。结果:在最佳工作条件下对四种重金属元素进行测定,平均回收率在97.61%~102.18%,RSD在0.001%~1.04%。结果显示,五种药材中砷、汞、镉、铅4种重金属测定结果符合2005年版药典中重金属含量的限量标准。结论:该测定方法操作简便,快速,精密度及准确度高,适用于五种大宗药材中4种重金属含量的测定。Objective:To determinate and analyze the contents of As,Hg,Cd and Pb in monkshood,szechwan lovage rhizome,costustroot,Anisodus luridus and rhubarb planted in Dali traditional Chinese medicine field.Method:The contents of As,Hg,Cd and Pb were examined by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The assay method was up to the standard of methodology.Results: Under the optimal working condition,the mean recovery rate was 97.61%~102.18% and relative standard deviation RSD was 0.001%~1.04%.The results showed that the contents of As,Hg,Cd and Pb in the five kinds of traditional Chinese medicine conformed to the limiting standard of the heavy metal contents in Chinese pharmacopoeia 2005.Conclusion:Because of its convenience,fastness,high precision and accuracy,the method is suited to determinate the contents of As,Hg,Cd and Pb in the five kinds of staple herb-medicine.
