摘　　要：目的：了解B细胞发育与B细胞抗原受体（BCR）基因重排。方法：通过相关文献的阅读,综合评述B细胞发育与BCR基因重排。结果：在B细胞发育过程中伴随着BCR基因的重排,包括第一次重排和受体编辑（第二次重排）,其中的一些重要事件已经被发现。结论：B细胞发育及BCR基因重排是一个密切相关的十分有序的过程,但仍有许多问题未弄清楚。Objective：To understand the B lymphocyte development and BCR gene rearrangement.Methods：To read the related literatures then to review and comment the B lymphocyte development and BCR gene rearrangement.Results：During the B cell development,BCR gene rearrangement also occurred.The rearrangement includes primary rearrangement and receptor editing （secondary rearrangement）.The some important events in this process were proclaimed.Conclusion：B lymphocyte development and BCR gene rearrangement is an ordered sequence.However,a lot of events in this procedure are unclear.
