无柄人工髋关节术后并发症分析及预防处理

摘　　要：目的：总结分析无柄人工髋关节置换术后并发症发生的原因,提出并发症预防及处理的方法。方法：自2001年8月至2009年2月,对69例无柄人工髋关节置换病人随访半年-8年,其中有7例患者出现并发症,主要有髋关节疼痛（1例）、感染（1例）、脱位（2例）、松动（3例）等,对这些并发症的发生进行了评价分析并针对原因提出可能的预防处理方法。结果：无柄人工髋关节置换并发症的发生原因与术中、术后操作及处理不当有直接关系,开展该手术初期的手术病人并发症出现率高于开展该手术后期的手术病人。结论：正确熟练地掌握无柄人工髋关节置换手术的设计原理及操作技术是预防术后并发症的关键,无柄人工髋关节置换术后并发症是可以预防或减少的。Objective：To summarize and analyze the reasons of post operation complication on non stem hip prothesis replacement,and to propose the measures for prevention and treatment complication.Methods：To follow up 69 cases for 6 months to 8 years form August,2001 to February,2009.Among them,7 cases occurred complication.1 case was hip pain,1 infection,2 dislocations and aseptic loosening in 2 hips.Then the possible measures of prevention and treatment aiming at these complications were proposed.Results：The complication of non stem hip prothesis replacement had obvious relation to intraoperation,post operation and misconduct.Conclusion：To understand design principle and master the operation skillfully is key factor for prevention of complication of non stem hip prothesis replacement.
