摘  要:目的:评价体元模型经食管动态三维重建超声显像对主动脉夹层分离部位、破口大小、真假腔的显像准确性。材料和方法:对7例临床疑诊为主动脉夹层分离的患者进行研究,男性4例,女性3例,年龄21~38(平均3057±74)岁。图像采集选用美国HPSonos2500多功能超声诊断仪和5MHz多平面经食管探头。三维重建采用德国Tomtec公司的计算机工作站。结果:7例主动脉夹层分离患者均获得满意的三维显示,可从各个不同角度了解主动脉内膜撕裂的情况、破口部位以及主动脉真腔和假腔间的关系,结果经手术证实。结论:三维重建超声显像对直视纠治手术时动脉插管部位的选择,手术范围的大小和判断手术预后,具有重要意义。Objective:To evaluate the feasibility of multiplane transesophageal dynamic three-dimensional voxel imaging (3D)in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Materials and Methods:Seven patients suspected with aortic dissection were studied.Male in 4,female in 3.Age from 2138(mean 30.57(7.4)years.HP Sonos 2500 Echocardiographic system was used for data acquisition,and Tomtec Echoscan system for three-dimensional reconstruction.Results:The aortic dissection was reconstructed successfully in all patients.The position of intimal rupture and the extension of dissection can be seen from variety orientation. The relationship of true and false lumen can also be imaged clearly.The 3D feature of aortic dissection was correlated well with the operative finding,and is superior to 2D.Conclusions:3D is a useful tool in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of aortic dissection.
