摘 要:采用新研制的BH1型混凝脱色剂对针织印染废水的脱色和COD去除效果进行了实验研究。结果表明,BH1型混凝脱色剂的最佳pH为8,最佳投药量为1.2 m l/L,此时COD、色度去除率分别为64%、89%,与硫酸铝、硫酸亚铁等常规混凝剂相比,COD、色度的去除率均有明显提高,其中处理后出水的色度达40倍以下,色度可满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)表4中的一级标准。Research for the decolofization and COD removal effects of dyeing wastewater knitting by newly developed BH1 coagulation deeolorant. The results show that, the optimal pH of BH1 coagulation deeolorant was 8, while the optimal dosage was 1.2 ml/L, in this ease, the rmoval rate of COD and ehroma was 64% .89% , Compared with conventional coagulant such as aluminum sulfate, ferrous sulphate, the removal rate of COD and ehroma were sigrfifieantly increased, the ehroma of treated water was less than 40 times, which can meet standard lof "Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard" ( GB8978 - 1996)Table 4.
