术前心理干预对肾移植手术患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨心理干预对肾移植手术患者术前焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将90例肾移植手术患者随机分为实验组和对照组各45例。实验组除给予常规护理外,还分别在术前1天、术晨入手术间至麻醉前进行心理干预;对照组按常规护理。观察两组患者血压、心率和焦虑值、抑郁值的变化情况。结果实验前两组患者的各项观察指标无显著性差异(P>0.05),实验后两组患者的各项指标有显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组血压、心率、焦虑值、抑郁值低于对照组。结论手术室护士术前对肾移植患者实施心理干预,可减轻患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,稳定血压、心率,对保证手术顺利进行及术后康复有重要意义。Objective To explore the influence of psychological intervention on preoperative anxious and depression in patients with kidney transplantation.Methods kidney transplantation patients were randomly divided into test group（n=45） and control group（n=45）.At the day before the operation and before anaesthesia during in operating room,the test group patients received psychological intervention and routine nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The blood pressure,heart rate,anxiety and depression degree of patients were checked.Results The heart rate,blood pressure,anxiety and depression degree of test group were significantly lower than that of controls.Conclusion Psychological intervention performed by the nurses of operating room can relieve their anxiety and depression emotion,stabilize the blood pressure and the heart rate of patients with kidney transplantation.It plays an important role in successful operation and postoperative recovery.
