摘　　要：加快推进湘南大开发是湖南区域经济发展的重要战略，意义十分重大。推进湘南大开发，首先是要找准郴州、衡阳、永州三市的现实基础，即政策基础、区位基础、环境基础、产业基础和资源基础等。推进湘南大开发，关键是要继续解放思想，明确战略目标、思路与举措。To accelerate the promotion of South Hunan Grand Exploration is an important strategy of the development of regional economy in Hunan, in order to further promote the South Hunan Grand Exploration, it is important to feel the right pulse of the realistic basis in Chenzhou, Hengyang and Yongzhou, namely the policy basis, location basis, environment basis, industry basis and resource basis, etc. It is of great significance to further liberate people＇s thoughts and clarify the strategic targets, thinking mode and corresponding measures.
