试谈学术期刊编辑在抵御学术腐败中的职责

摘　　要：当前学术腐败现象的突出表现有抄袭成风，不引不注；文无新意，总体平庸；学术失范，署名搭车等等。学术刊物的学术腐败问题，与编辑的徇私、失察、漠视、懈怠、惧名、畏势密切相关。为此，编辑应该提高认识、明确使命，增强素质，加强自律。Academic corruption phenomena at present find their expressions in plagiarism, lack of clearly marked citations and innovations, loss of academic values, lift-signature, etc,. Editors＇ practice of favoritism, oversight, indifference, irresponsibility, being afraid of the renowned figures and power are mainly responsible for the academic corruption. Editors should therefore be more self- disciplined and highly elevated in their personal qualities and more aware of their responsibilities on their shoulders.
