摘 要:以丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N—亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,采用水溶液聚合得到高吸水树脂PAAM;考察了PAAM在不同盐溶液中的吸水倍率与时间的关系、粒径与被吸溶液种类和0.9%NaCl溶液温度对吸水速率的影响。结果表明,实验范围内(除FeCl3和CuCl2盐溶液外)PAAM在不同盐溶液中的吸水速率符合二级动力学方程;粒径94~118μm的PAAM的吸水速率比147~246μm的要快得多,前者的吸水速率常数约为后者的10倍;在等离子强度的Na+盐、Cl-盐中,PAAM的平衡吸水倍率顺序分别为:NaBr>NaCl>NaF和Na3PO4>Na2CO3>NaCl,LiCl>NaCl>KCl和NaCl>FeCl3>CuCl2,其吸水速率顺序恰好相反;0.9%NaCl溶液中吸液活化能为16.4 kJ.g-1。Some superabsorbents poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylamide)(PAAM) were prepared from part-neutralized acrylic acid(AA) and acrylamide(AM) with potassium peroxydisulfate as initiator,N,N-methylene-bis-acrylamide as crosslinking agent,by means of water solution polymerization.The relationship between the absorbency of PAAM(Q) and the absorbing time(t) was investigated.The effect of particle sizes,types of the salt solutions,temperatures of 0.9 %NaCl solution on the equilibrium absorbency and the swelling rate of PAAM were discussed.The swelling rate of PAAM for 94 μm~118 μm was much faster than that for 147 μm~246 μm.In different Na+ and/or Cl-salt solutions with the same ion strength,the orders of the equilibrium absorbency for PAAM were NaBrNaClNaF,Na 3PO 4Na 2CO 3NaCl,LiClNaClKCl and NaClFeCl 3CuCl 2,respectively,but that of the swelling rate for PAAM was just inverse with respect to the equilibrium absorbency.The swelling rate increased with increasing temperatures of 0.9 %NaCl solution and its activation energy of the swelling was 16.4(kJ·g-1).
