摘 要:为了探讨土壤质地和pH值对节肢动物多度的影响,于2008年8月对车八岭自然保护区进行了野外调查和采样,共捕获土壤节肢动物600头,隶属于6亚纲12目,其中以甲螨亚目的数量最多。结果表明:土壤节肢动物主要分布在凋落物层和表土层,优势类群基本为甲螨亚目和中气门亚目;土壤质地对土壤节肢动物多度有明显的影响,即在同一质地条件下,土壤节肢动物多度与土壤有机质含量之间有紧密的联系,两者呈多项式相关;土壤节肢动物多度与土壤全氮含量关系则受pH值的影响,当pH值>4.2时,两者呈线性相关,而当pH值<4.2时,两者呈多项式相关。In order to discuss the response of soil texture and pH value to soil arthropod abundance,a field for surveying and sampling in Chebaling National Nature Reserve was selected in August 2008.A total of 600 soil arthropods,belonging to 6 subclass 12 head had been caught.Oribatida were the largest number of the soil arthropod community.The results show that soil arthropods were mainly distributed in the litter layer and surface soil really.Soil texture had a significant impact on soil arthropod abundance.Soil arthropod abundance and soil organic matter content were close links in the same soil texture,and they were both polynomial-related.The relationship between soil arthropod abundance and soil total nitrogen content was limited by pH value,When the pH value was larger than 4.2,they were linear correlation;When the pH value was less than 4.2,they were polynomial-related.
