摘 要:目的:研究鹅绒藤化学成分。方法:层析色谱技术进行分离,甲醇重结晶,MS,NMR及DEPT脉冲技术鉴定化合物。结果:分离得到3个黄酮甙类化合物,为7OαL鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚3OαL鼠李糖甙,7OαL鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚3OβD葡萄糖甙,7OαL鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚3OβD葡萄吡喃糖基(1→2)βD葡萄糖甙。结论:3个化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the aerial part of Cynanchum chinense. Method: The chemical constituents were extracted with solvent and separated by column chromatography.The structures were identified by spectral methods. Result: The structures were identified as 7OLrhamnopyranosylkaempferol3OLrhamnopyranoside,7OLrhamnopyranosylkaempferol3ODglucopyranoside and 7OLrhamnopyranosylkaempferol3ODglucopyranosyl(12)Dglucopyranoside. Conclusion: All the three compounds were separated from C.chinense for the first time.
