摘　　要：目的：研究鹅绒藤化学成分。方法：层析色谱技术进行分离，甲醇重结晶，ＭＳ，ＮＭＲ及ＤＥＰＴ脉冲技术鉴定化合物。结果：分离得到３个黄酮甙类化合物，为７ＯαＬ鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚３ＯαＬ鼠李糖甙，７ＯαＬ鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚３ＯβＤ葡萄糖甙，７ＯαＬ鼠李吡喃糖基山奈酚３ＯβＤ葡萄吡喃糖基（１→２）βＤ葡萄糖甙。结论：３个化合物均为首次从该植物中得到。Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents in the aerial part of Cynanchum chinense. Method: The chemical constituents were extracted with solvent and separated by column chromatography.The structures were identified by spectral methods. Result: The structures were identified as 7OLrhamnopyranosylkaempferol3OLrhamnopyranoside,7OLrhamnopyranosylkaempferol3ODglucopyranoside and 7OLrhamnopyranosylkaempferol3ODglucopyranosyl(12)Dglucopyranoside. Conclusion: All the three compounds were separated from C.chinense for the first time.
