从脾胃学说探讨中医药防治胰腺纤维化的治疗思路及对策

摘　　要：基于胰腺纤维化脾不主运的病机特点及＂久病入络＂、＂久病必虚＂的病证特点,提出了运脾法是其治疗的有效方法,而活血通络法及甘寒养阴生津法则是其重要配伍;同时结合纤维化发生的细胞病理学基础及＂异病同治＂理论,强调了中医药在防治肝、肺、肾、脑纤维化方面亦积累了一定经验,对于胰腺纤维化的治疗具有很好的借鉴意义.Spleen on pancreatic fibrosis is not the main transport characteristics of the pathogenesis and the ＂long illness into contact＂, ＂long illness will be virtual＂ characteristics of disease and syndrome, spleen proposed method is an effective method of its treatment, and huoxuetongluo Law and Ganhan YangYinShengJin rule is an important compatibility; cells com- bined with fibrosis and pathological basis of ＂different diseases＂ theory, emphasized the Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of liver, lung, kidney, brain fibrosis area has gained some experience, for the treatment of pancreatic fibrosis has a very good reference.
