摘  要:目的:观察党参超微饮片的抗疲劳作用和耐缺氧作用.方法:50只小鼠随机分成空白对照组、党参超微饮片低、中、高剂量组、人参饮片组共5组,分别灌胃给药10 mL/Kg,1次/d,连续7 d,观察药物的抗疲劳作用及在常压缺氧状态下小鼠的平均存活时间.结果:不同剂量党参超微饮片能明显延长小鼠的游泳时间和小鼠在缺氧状态下的存活时间,与空白对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论:党参超微饮片具有显著的抗疲劳和耐缺氧作用.Objective: To observe the Codonopsis Ultramicro the role of anti-fatigue effects and hypoxia. Methods: 50 mice were randomly divided into control group, Codonopsis Ultramicro low, medium and high dose group, ginseng slices Group 5 groups were administered orally 10 mL/Kg, 1 times/d, 7 d continuous to observe the anti-fatigue effects of drugs and oxygen at atmospheric pressure and under the average survival time. Results: Different doses of Codonopsis Ultramicro could signifi- cantly prolong the swimming time of mice and mice survival time under hypoxic conditions, compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05, P〈0.01) . Conclusion: Codonopsis Ultramicro has significant anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance.
