摘　　要：目的：探讨病人报告结局（PRO）在针灸治疗颈椎病临床研究中的应用前景.方法：通过查阅目前针灸治疗颈椎病临床疗效评价的国内外文献,总结针灸在治疗颈椎病方面的研究现状,比较国内外在疗效评价方法学上的差异.结果：针灸对颈椎病的疗效已得到国内外文献的一致确认,然而在研究方法学设计上面存在着差异.国外研究通常采用病人报告结局的评价模式,应用规范的专业量表评价结果作为主要结局指标,国内研究则多采用医师的主观分级评价作为主要结局指标.结论：采用病人报告结局的评价模式（PRO）具有评价全面、数据量化程度高、设计严谨、可重复性强等特点,而医师主观分级评价则有主观性强、数据失真性高、容易导致偏倚等缺点.因此,在针灸临床评价的相关研究中,应广泛使用PRO评价模式.Objective： To evaluate the outcomes of patients report （PRO） in clinical studies of acupuncture treatment of cervical disease in the application. Methods： Search the current clinical efficacy of acupuncture treatment of cervical assess- ment review of literature, concluded acupuncture in the treatment of cervical disease status of research to compare the efficacy evaluation of home and abroad methodological differences. Results： The effect of acupuncture on cervical disease has been unanimously confirmed by domestic and foreign literature, research methodology in the design, however there are differences between the above. Foreign patients usually report the outcome of the evaluation mode, apply standards of professional scale e- valuation results as the main outcome measures, the domestic research is more subjective grading evaluation by physicians as the primary outcome measure. Conclusion： The patient reported outcome evaluation model （PRO） with the evaluation of com- prehensive data quantifying high, well-structured, repeatable ~and strong features, but doctors there were subjective evaluation of subjective grading strong, high data distortion, easily lead to bias and other shortcomings. Therefore, clinical evaluation of acupuncture-related research, evaluation models should be widely used PRO.
