摘  要:目的探讨多普勒组织成像(Dopplertissueimaging,DTI)技术对异位激动及收缩顺序评价的可行性及准确性。方法使用AcusonSequoiaC256仪器,观察9只杂种开胸犬的心脏活动,异位起搏电极安置于左室后壁乳头肌水平。结果异位起搏时,心肌最早激动点与电极安置部位一致,其传导顺序与窦性激动明显不同,各室壁不同区域收缩顺序不一致。结论DTI可定位心室异位激动起源,评价心肌激动收缩顺序。DTI技术无创、安全、可重复的特点,可以使其作为电生理检查的补充,广泛应用于临床。bjective To clarify the feasibility and accuracy of DTI technique for evaluating the abnormal activation origin and contraction sequences. Methods nine openchest dogs' hearts were observed and the pacing electrode were attached to the left ventricular posterior wall (papillary muscle level). Results The earliest activation site was accordance with the pacing site. Abnormal activation conducted more slowly than sinus activation and contraction sequences were varied at different site of ventricular wall. Conclusions The results were corresponding with the electrophysiologic study. DTI can be used to localize abnormal ventricular activation origin and assess contraction sequence accurately and noninvasively.
