中药病毒宁滴剂抗呼吸道病毒作用的研究

摘　　要：病毒宁滴剂为广州中医药大学热带医学研究所和北京市宇维生科贸技术有限公司联合研制的、主要用于外感风热初起型感冒的中药滴鼻制剂，该药由柴胡、甘草等药组成。为探讨其抗病毒作用从体内外抗病毒实验对病毒宁滴剂抗呼吸道病毒作用进行了研究。结果显示：在5种培养细胞上病毒宁滴剂20g／L浓度组对7种呼吸道病毒毒株均有明显的抑制病毒致细胞病变的作用。体内试验表明，病毒宁滴剂100g／L浓度滴鼻0．05mL／（鼠·次），每天2次，对流感病毒引起的小鼠肺炎实变有明显的抑制作用，200g／L、100g／L浓度组能抑制流感病毒增殖（与病毒对照组比较，P＜0．05或P＜0．01），200g／L浓度组能延长流感病毒感染的小鼠生存时间。Antiviral effects of Bingdu Ning Drop(BND) in the respiratory tract were studied both in vivoand in vitro.The experiment in vitro showed that BND at the concentration of 20mg/mL obviously inhib-ited the cytopathy of seven kinds of respiratory tract virus shains cultured in five kinds Of culture cells.Experiments in vivo showed that BND at the concentalion of 100g/L for the intranasal treatment(0.05mL twice daily) markedly inhibited the lung consolidation of mice with pneunonitis caused by the imfec-tion of influenza virus. BND at the concentrations of 200 g/L and 100g/L significantly inhibited the pro-liferation of influenza virus(P<0.05 or P<0.01) as compared with the control group, and prolongedthe survival the of mice infected with influenza virus at the concentration of 200 g/L.
