中药更年平调冲剂对“更年期大鼠”骨质疏松的作用

摘　　要：为探索中药对女性更年期骨质疏松的防治作用，设计了以滋肝补肾填精的中药复方更年平调冲剂作用于“更年期大鼠”（简称“更年鼠”）的试验。方法是：选用10～15月龄SD大鼠48．只，随机分为6组：先以低钙饲料喂饲和切除双侧卵巢方法制备“更年风”模型，再分别以更年平调冲剂大、中、小剂量，中药阳性对照药更年安和西药阳性对照药己烯雌酚对其治疗，并分别与模型组及3月龄雌性青年大鼠组（8只）相对照，观察更年平调冲剂对“更年鼠”骨质疏松的防治作用。结果表明：更年平调冲剂的大、中剂量组可令“更年鼠”血钙升高（与模型组比较P＜0．01），并使其骨密度、髓质密度、骨小梁计数等指标均有不同程度的改善，与己烯雌酚作用相仿。提示：更年平调冲剂对“更年鼠”骨质疏松有较好的防治作用。To study the effect of Gengnian Pingtiao Granule(GPG) on postmenopausal osteoporsism,48ovariectomized rats were allocated to 6 groups: model group, three GPG groups (high,moderate and lowdosages respectively),Gengnian An Tablet group and stilbestrol group. Other 8 rats of 3 months oldserved as youth coned group. The results showed that serum calcium in GPG groups with high and mod-erate dosages was markedly increased(P<0.01),and bone mineral density, bone marrow density andbone trabecula count were improved to some extent as compared with the model group. The above effectsof GPG were as the same as stiborol.It is indicated that GPG exerts a certain effect on postmenopausalosteoporosis.
