摘 要:的观察三叉神经节及根的形态结构。方法用成年Wistar大鼠6只,常规灌注固定,取三叉神经节及根进行光镜、电镜观察。结果①节细胞胞质中线粒体丰富,呈大小不同的形态。②三叉神经根的中央主要为粗的有髓纤维,只有少数散在的无髓纤维;在神经根的边缘部分,有髓纤维的直径不均匀,无髓纤维较中央增多,可见成束无髓纤维。结论有髓纤维和无髓纤维在三叉神经根中的分布不同。Objective To study the trigeminal ganglion and root.Method Six Wistar rats were used to study the structure of trigeminal ganglion and its root under light and electron microscope. Result ①There were abundant mitochondria within the trigemonal ganglion cell, with different size and shape. ② The central portion of trigeminal root was composed primarily of large myelinated fibers, whereas the periphery of the root contained a higher percentage of thin myelinated and unmyelinated fibers.Conclusion The distribution of myelinated and unmyelinated fibers was different in the trigeminal root.
