摘  要:目的探讨大鼠颈交感神经干离断后对CCl4所致肝损伤的影响,了解交感神经对肝脏功能的调控机制。方法健康SD大鼠30只随机分为3组:A组正常对照组、B组假手术组、C组右颈交感干离断组,按照文献报道方法加以改进制作颈交感干离断模型。动物模型建立成功后,应用CCl4制作急性肝损伤模型。各组大鼠经不同处理后同一时段处死。检测各项肝功能指标及库伦阵列-高效液相色谱法测定肝组织内NE浓度。结果在CCl4所致肝损伤的情况下,颈交感神经干离断组AST、ALT、TBIL与假手术组比较显著降低(P<0.05);Alb、PA较假手术组升高(P<0.05)。肝组织内NE浓度较假手术组明显降低(P<0.01)。结论大鼠颈交感神经干离断有利于肝脏蛋白的合成、胆红素的代谢、可减轻CCl4所致肝损伤时肝功能损害,可以减轻炎症反应。交感神经活化在炎症早期具有促炎效应。Objective To observe the effects of transection of cervical sympathetic trunk (TCST) on liver function in the carbon tetrachloride (CCl4) induced liver trauma of rats. Methods Thirty healthy SD rats were divided randomly into three groups: (A)normal group, (B) shame group, (C) transection of cervical sympathetic trunk, TCST group. The transection of cervical sympathetic trunk (TGST) model was prepared by micrurgy under operating magnifier. All groups acute liver injury model was established by using CCl4. Blood chemistry, neuro-electrophysiology and NE concentrations of liver tissue were determined in each group after treatment. Results Compared with the sham group, AST, ALT and TBIL of transection of cervical sympathetic trunk group were significantly lower (P〈0.05); Alb and PA increased compared with shame group (P 〈0.05). NE concentration in liver tissue significantly was lower than that of the shame group (P 〈0.01). Conclusion transection of cervical sympathetic trunk (TCST) can alleviate liver injury due to CCl4, and has beneficial effects on protein anabolism and metabolism of bilirubin. Sympathetic system has pro-inflammatory effects in the early stage of inflammation.
