摘 要:在汶川大地震中,砖混结构和生土建筑作为汉中市村镇房屋的主要建筑形式损坏严重。为了提高当地村镇房屋抗震性能,指导人民重建家园,对汶川地震中汉中市村镇砖混和生土房屋,从屋盖及楼盖、墙体、楼梯间和其他构件破坏等方面分析震害特征,针对倒塌、开裂等震害特征提出村镇房屋震害主要原因是由强度不足和抗震构造措施不完善引起。Masonry and rammed earth structures as primary architecture forms of rural buildings in Hanzhong were broken down by the 5.12 Wenehuan great earthquake. In order to improve the seismic performance of rural buildings and guide people to rebuild their houses better after that disaster, the earthquake damage charcteristies of rural masonry and rammed earth building in Hanzhong were analysed in the aspects of roof, floor, wall, staircase, and other members. Concerning the structure collapse and cracking, the primary cause leading posed. to insufficient element strength and incapability of earthquake resistant construction was proposed.
