摘　　要：结合高校网络教学资源建设现存问题,通过对高校网络教学资源的概念界定及分类,阐明高校网络教学资源建设的主要内容,并提出高校网络教学资源建设的基本思路与对策及基本评价指标体系的构建。The building of network teaching resources in colleges and universities is one of the important tasks of college information-based teaching. In light of the existing problems in building college network teaching resources, and by defining and classifying the network teaching resources, and clarifying its main content, this paper puts forward the basic thinking on and measures for the building of college network teaching resources and basic evaluation system.
