摘　　要：为有效地解决窄带下多媒体通信问题,通过对窄带下的图像采集技术及视频压缩技术的研究,提出了基于窄带传输的大容量多媒体压缩方法H.264＋＋,同时使用无线高带宽捆绑技术,解决了传统宽带不畅通情况下大容量多媒体压缩数据的传输问题。To effectively solve the narrow-band issue of multimedia communication,through research the technology of image gathering and video compression is based on narrow-band,Proposed a method based on narrow-band transmission of high-capacity multimedia compression H.264 ＋ ＋.,while using the bundled technology on Wireless bandwidth,Solve data transmission problem on the traditional broadband and blocked large-capacity multimedia compression cases.
