摘　　要：根据电力市场交易运营系统结算子系统的用户需求和实际条件,提出的一套结算系统的设计。详细介绍了结算系统的软件体系设计,实现细节,结算数据的保存,计算和发布。其中运用设计模式对数据处理等多个模块优化了设计,并运用成熟的java,xml,webspere等相关技术进行了实现和部署。According to the user requirements and the actual conditions of the power market operation system,this article propose the design of the settlement systems.It include the details of system design,implementation of the settlement system,and it include the storing calculating and publishing of the settle data.the use of design patterns for data processing and other modules optimize the design and use of sophisticated java,xml,webspere and other related technologies to achieve and deployment.
