SD大白鼠小脑前核中皮质纤维与小脑投射神经元间的突触联系

摘  要:用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)逆行标记法结合溃变电镜技术,观察了8只SD大白鼠小脑前核(桥核、下橄榄、外侧网状核、桥被盖网状核和旁正中网状核)中皮质纤维终末的溃变型及其与各核中小脑投射神经元的突触联系。结果:溃变型有3种,即电子致密型、微丝增生型和电子透明型;电子致密型溃变为皮质纤维的主要溃变型,分布于各核,微丝增生型和电子透明型很少,只出现于个别核;电子致密型溃变含圆形清亮型小泡、多形清亮型小泡和混合型小泡的3种终末,其中绝大多数溃变终末含圆形清亮型小泡;溃变终末中的一部分与HRP标记的小脑投射神经元形成单突触联系,其中大部分为轴树突触,少量为轴体突触。观察结果表明,至少有一部分皮质脑干纤维与小脑前核中的小脑投射神经元形成单突触联系。In order to observe the corticoprecerebellar nuclei terminals and their synaptic connections with precerebellar nucleicerebellar neurons, the pontine nucleus, inferior olivary nucleus, lateral reticular nucleus, nucleus reticularis tegmenti pontis and paramedian reticular nucleus, were examined in 12 rats after the sensorimotor areas of the cerebral cortex were destroyed by electrocoagulation, simultaneously combined with the injection of the HRP into the Vermis leaves of the same animals. There were three type of degenerating changes in these nuclei: electron dense, filamentous and electron lucent. In precerebellar nuclei, the filamentous and electron lucent degenerations were fewer in number, and only appeared in some nuclei, the electron dense change was mainly degenerating type as it was the most in the three, and distributed in all the nuclei observed. The electron dense degenerating terminals contained the different synaptic vesicles, the round clear, pleomorphic and mixed vesicles. The most of them were the terminal containing the round clear vesicles. A part of the degenerated terminals containing the round clear vesicles were synaptic connection with the HRP labeled neurons in precerebellar nuclei. The results have verifed that at least a part of the corticoprecerebellar nuclei fibers were monosynaptic connection with the neurons projecting to the cerebellum.
