水温和光照对牙鲆亲鱼性腺成熟和产卵的影响

摘　　要：报道了不同水温和光照时间对牙鲆亲鱼性腺成熟和产卵的影响。通过提高水温和延长光照时间， 可促使亲鱼提前１ ～５ 个月成熟和产卵， 并得出促熟培育与光照时间和水温的相关方程式＾ Ｙ１２ ＝ ２５８ ．４４ － ９ ．１８ ｘ１ － １ ．９６ ｘ２ 。产卵量和上浮卵率与光照时间和水温无相关性。Effects of water temperature and photoperiod on maturation and spawn of flounder (\%Paralichthys olivaceus\%) were determined in tanks. The brood fish can mature and spawn 1～5 months earlier at high water temperature and prolonging photoperiod than under natural conditions. The formula which describes the relationships between maturing period and water temperature and lighting time was as follws: \-\{12\}=258.44-9.18x\-1-1.96x\-2\ (P<0.1). There is no significant influence of water temperature and photoperiod on the fecundity.
