摘 要:就温度和盐度对滑顶薄壳鸟蛤 ( Fulvia m utica Reeve) 面盘幼虫存活和生长的影响进行了研究, 结果表明, 在盐度322 条件下, 面盘幼虫存活和生长的最适温度为210 ~240 ℃, 存活的温度上限为270 ℃, 下限为150 ℃; 在210 ℃条件下, 面盘幼虫存活和生长的下限盐度为140 , 最适盐度为280 ~322 , 且在此盐度范围内, 随盐度升高, 面盘幼虫存活率和平均日生长率亦随之增大。Effects of temperature and salinity on survival and growth of hard clam (\%Fulvia murica\% Reeve) larva were observed at water temperature of 12,15,18,21,24,27,30,33℃and 13 salnity levels of 8.0~32.2 in a laboratory in Heishijiao (Dalian). At salinity of 32.2, there was no significance in survivalrate when the temperature was kept lower than 15℃ or higher than 27℃, and the optimum temperatures for survival and growth were between 21 and 24℃. In 21℃, the optimum salinity of survival and growth was in the range of \{28.0\}~\{32.2\}, and in which the survival and daily growth rate increased gradually with increasing salinity.
