摘　　要：用早熟棉花品种中棉所２４（高密度、矮株、早打顶）和中熟品种苏棉８号（壮株、中等密度）相间的合理配置，形成高矮、稀密及熟性不同的棉花间作复合群体。结果表明，复合群体创２２５０ｋｇ／ｈｍ２高产，较单一群体有明显的优势。An early cotton variety,Zhongmian 24 with the characteristics ofhigh density,short plants and early topping,was intercropped with a middle cotton variety Sumian 8 with the characteristics ofstrong plants and middle densityThe intercropping resulted in a compound population with plants tall and short,sparse and close,and with different mature periodsThe results showed that the compound population yielded as high as 2 250 kg/hm2 lint,significantly superior to the single cropping
