摘　　要：[目的]探讨剖宫产率迅速升高的原因及适应征的变化。[方法]对我院10年来剖宫产病例进行回顾性分析。[结果]剖宫产的适应征发生了明显的变化,剖宫产新生儿死亡率、窒息率以及围产儿死亡率均依赖整个围产医学的发展,不能仅仅增加剖宫产率。[结论]近10年来剖宫产率明显增加。[Objective] To investigate the reasons of increased trend of cesearean section rates and variation of adaptation syndrome. [Methods] Retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the cesarean section in the past 10 years. [Results] The adaptation syndrome has great changed,and the mortality of newborns,suffocation rate and perinatal mortality were all dependent on the development of the whole Perinatal Medicine,and not only increased the rate of cesearean section. [Conclusion] The rate of cesearean section significantly increased in the recent 10 years.
