司法鉴定机构满意度调查表的设计与评价

摘　　要：[目的]编制司法鉴定机构满意度调查表,并评价其在司法鉴定服务质量管理中的应用,为鉴定服务质量的提高提供参考。[方法]选取社会鉴定机构—山西医科大学司法鉴定中心从2008年3～6月期间所接案例中的被鉴定人为调查对象,采用信度分析和因子分析的方法对司法鉴定机构满意度调查表进行评价。[结果]因子分析结果显示,可以将司法鉴定机构工作满意度调查表分为4个维度,第1个维度主要反映鉴定结果的反馈;第2个维度主要反映鉴定服务过程;第3个维度反映鉴定机构的硬件设施;第4个维度反映鉴定人水平。调查问卷的信度分析得克朗巴哈α=0.8251,认为问卷信度较高。[结论]司法鉴定机构满意度调查表信度较高,可以为提高司法鉴定服务质量提供参考依据。[Objective] To establish the questionnaire of identification quality of service in justice identification agency,and to evaluate its reliability and validity. [Methods] Cases from the justice identification agency of Shanxi Medical University from March to June 2008 were selected. Reliability analysis and factor analysis was used to evaluate the quality of questionnaire. [Results] Results of factor analysis showed that the questionnaire can be divided into four dimensions,the first dimension reflected the feedback of identification;the second reflected the service process of identification;the third reflected the hardware facility of identification and the forth reflected the identification level of staffs. Chronbachs coefficient was 0.852 1,showed that reliability analysis was higher. [Conclusion] The questionnaire of identification quality of service in justice identification agency have a higher reliability,it can be used to manage quality of service.
