摘　　要：[目的]了解武汉市不同文化层次的建筑工人艾滋病知识来源与需求情况,为制定有效的干预措施提供理论依据。[方法]采用自制的《建筑工人(男)预防艾滋病调查问卷》,在武汉市随机整群抽取3个工地的360名建筑工人为研究对象。[结果]从艾滋病健康宣教情况看,干预前只有35.0%的建筑工人接受过教育,干预后有所提高,干预前后差异有统计学意义(χ2a1干预前后=75.18,P﹤0.01)。从宣教地点看,干预前,小学及以下建筑工人主要在打工城市接受宣教(62.5%),各文化层次工人间差异有统计学意义(χ2a2干预前=72.7,P﹤0.01)。从宣教形式看,建筑工人主要通过电视和报纸杂志获取相关艾滋病知识。建筑工人对艾滋病防治知识的需求类型主要是预防知识、疾病症状和传播途径等。[结论]建筑工人学历普遍较低,在艾滋病知识来源与需求方面健康教育干预有一定效果。在以后的艾滋病预防和控制中要重视该类人群,这对整个社会艾滋病的预防和控制具有深远意义。[Objective] To investigate the AIDS related knowledge sources and requirement among construction workers with different education background in Wuhan,so as to provide basis for adopting the effective prevention and control measures. [Methods] By using cluster random sampling,a total of 360 construction workers were randomly selected in three work areas in Wuhan,and they were investigated by construction workers（male） questionnaire on AIDS prevention. [Results] From the aspect of AIDS health education,35.0% of construction workers only received education before the intervention,improved after intervention,there was significant difference between pre-and post-intervention（χ2a1beforeandafterintervention =75.18,P﹤0.01） . From the educational sites,62.5% of primary school of construction workers received education before intervention. There was significant different among different cultural levels of workers（χ2a2 干预前 =72.7,P﹤0.01） . From educational form,construction workers ob-tained the HIV /AIDS related knowledge,and mainly sourced from television and newspapers and magazines. The requirement for AIDS knowledge among construction workers included prevention knowledge,symptoms and dissemination. [Conclusion] Education level of construction was low among construction workers,there was a certain intervention effect on the AIDS knowl-edge sources and the requirement. In the further AIDS prevention and control,we should focus on this type of people,and it has significant effect on the AIDS prevention and control for the whole society.
