胸腺肽对慢性肾衰竭大鼠细胞免疫和肾功能影响的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨慢肾衰模型大鼠细胞免疫功能及胸腺肽治疗后对细胞免疫功能的影响。[方法]30只大鼠行腺嘌呤慢肾衰造模成功后设为模型组,设10只健康大鼠为对照组;随机将模型鼠分为A组(给予常规治疗)和B组(给予常规治疗加胸腺肽)。观察各组血CD3、CD4、CD8及血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)的变化。[结果]慢性肾衰模型鼠CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8较正常对照显著降低(P﹤0.05);CD8无明显变化(P﹥0.05);Cr、BUN明显高于对照组;胸腺肽治疗后CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8显著升高(P﹤0.05);Cr、BUN显著降低(P﹤0.05),A组与B组在胸腺肽治疗前后血CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、Cr、BUN差值比较有统计学差异(P﹤0.05)。[结论]慢肾衰模型鼠细胞免疫功能降低;胸腺肽治疗后可以改善细胞免疫功能和肾功能。[Objective] To study chronic renal failure albino rats for cellular immune function and the effect to their cellular immune function treated by thymic peptide. [Methods] 30 albino rats were selected and treated by amidopurine to be CRF group,and 10 healthy were selected as control group. The CRF group was randomly divided into two groups,one was the routine group（given the routine treatment） ,and the other was treatment group（treated by thymic peptide combined with routine treatment） . The change of blood CD3,CD4,CD8,Cr and BUN were observed. [Results] The CD3,CD4 and CD4 /CD8 of CRF group were significantly lower compared by control group（P﹤0.001） ,but CD8 did not show significant change（P﹥0.05）;and Cr and BUN were significantly higher than control group. The CD3,CD4 and CD4 /CD8 of the treatment group were significantly higher when compared with the routine group（P﹤0.05） ,and Cr and BUN were significantly lower（P﹤ 0.05） . [Conclusion] The CRF albino rats’ cellular immune function was lowed. Thymic peptide can improve their cellular immune function and renal function.
