艾滋病干预项目知晓/参与程度与干预效果的相关分析

摘　　要：[目的]探索干预项目的知晓/参与程度与干预效果的关系,为制订筑路工地艾滋病防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]于2005年8月及2006年8月,分别前后对959名和976名筑路工人开展横断面调查。运用社会流行病学分层分析,按照筑路工人对干预知晓/参与程度不同进行分层,对艾滋病干预效果进行评估。[结果]较干预前,筑路工人干预后知识、行为都有显著改变(P﹤0.01),且干预后,筑路工人未听说且未参加组、听说未参加组、听说且参加组3组艾滋病知识知晓率存在差异(P﹤0.01)。3组人群艾滋病知识得分和关键知识知晓情况与其对项目的知晓/参与程度密切相关(r=0.331/0.321,P﹤0.01)。[结论]保龙公路筑路工地艾滋病干预取得了显著效果。在开展筑路工地艾滋病防治过程中,应特别注重提高筑路工人的覆盖面,并且千方百计提高工友对项目的知晓和参与度。[Objective] To evaluation the AIDS intervention program among mobile road construction laborers along Baolong highway construction site,and provide evidence for implementing behavioral intervention and health education targeting to this population group. [Methods] Two cross-section studies were carried out on August 20005 and August 2006,959 and 976 male road construction laborers working in the Baolong Highway were investigated. According to the different awareness and participant level of road construction laborers,hierarchy analysis was used and the effect of AIDS intervention was evaluated. [Results] When compared before and after intervention,there was significant difference for knowledge and behaviors of road construction laborers（P﹤0.01） . After intervention,the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge showed significant difference among three sub-groups（P﹤0.01） . There was positive correlation between grade of AIDS related knowledge and awareness rate of key knowledge and the level of project participation（r = 0.331 /0.321,P﹤0.01） . [Conclusion] The AIDS intervention program has remarkable effect on mobile road construction laborers along Baolong highway construction site. Improving the coverage of participation among road construction laborers is the important way to effectively carry out AIDS prevention and control project.
