摘　　要：目的探讨肺泡蛋白沉积症(pulmonary alveolar proteinosis,PAP)的HRCT表现。方法回顾性分析4例PAP的HRCT表现。结果 PAP的主要表现为两肺较弥漫分布、边界清晰的磨玻璃影或实变影,呈碎石路(crazy-paving)样改变。结论 PAP的HRCT表现具有一定的特征性,结合病史可以作出诊断。Objective To evaluate high resolution computed tomography（HRCT）findings of pulmonary alveolar proteinosis（PAP）. Methods A retrospective analysis was made of HRCT findings of 4 cases of confirmed PAP. Results The HRCT of PAP showed characteristic features ： diffused patchy shadows or ground-glass shadow with sharply defined margins and geographical appearance of the two lungs, as the ＂crazy-paving＂ pattern. Conclusion We can make a reliable diagnosis based on the characteristic features of PAP HRCT together with its clinical history.
