摘　　要：结合寒冷地区的地域与气候特征,根据寒地村镇的经济条件、施工技术以及资源状况,提出寒地村镇住宅的设计与建造策略,并进行工程应用研究。经测试,新型村镇住宅保温性能好、能耗低、造价低廉、可操作性强,是具有地域适宜性、具推广价值的的经济节能型住宅。Aiming at the climate and local features,economic circumstance,status of resources and construction technique level in cold region of China,this paper makes account of the proposition about design and construction tactics,and experimental project for application.The test proves that a new type of rural housing is possessed of low energy consumption,low cost,efficient heat-insulation,good practicability and regional adaptability.It is worth popularizing.
