摘　　要：武钢二冷轧酸轧站酸洗线(PicklingLine)是由德国西门子(Siemens)公司进行软件编程调试的酸洗板生产线。该生产线工艺先进,技术含量高,自动化控制程度高。该线采用WinCC监控系统使其在网络硬件以及软件控制思路上相比其他传统生产线都具有一定的先进性。描述了西门子WinCC组态软件在武钢二冷轧酸洗线中的应用,并阐述了相关的系统功能。实践证明,WinCC监控在生产中的应用效果良好。The monitoring software WinCC is widely used in the Pickling Line,which has a lot of advantages under the using of WinCC＇s advanced hardware and software compared to other conventional production line.In addition, using of this kind of intelligence tools, oper- ator can do less operating-work ,and the maintenance also can solve the problem which caused by equipment rapidly and efficient.This paper describes the Siemens WinCC configuration software used in the No.2 pickling line of cold roiling of Wuhan Iron and Steel compa- ny,and set out the relevant system functions.Practice has proved that,WinCC monitor in production will take good results.
