医护人员艾滋病职业暴露相关知识培训效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨医护人员对艾滋病职业暴露相关知识的知晓情况,并对培训情况进行评价,指导医护人员做好艾滋病自我防护。方法在全院所有科室中共选择350名医护人员进行培训,并在培训前后进行问卷调查,调查结果进行统计学分析。结果经过培训,医护人员的艾滋病职业暴露相关知识知晓率显著提高,特别是艾滋病职业暴露后的紧急处理方法的掌握情况有了很大提高。结论在医护人员中开展职业暴露相关知识培训,可以增加他们自我防护意识及职业暴露发生时的应急处理能力,对于降低医务人员的艾滋病发病率有很大的作用,适合在医院内开展。Objective To research into knowledge about occupational exposure to AIDS-related knowledge of medical care personnel and evaluate the training and guide medical care personnel with self-protection in AIDS.Methods 350 medical care personnel were selected to train in all departments of the whole hospital and conducted a questionnaire survey before and after training.Results were statistically analyzed.Results：The knowledge level of occupational exposure to 9AIDS-related knowledge of medical care personnel was significantly increased after training,especially the mastery of the emergency treatment situation after occupational exposure to AIDS had greatly improved.Conclusion It is suggested that carrying out training about occupational exposure knowledge among the medical care personnel can improve their awareness of self-protectoin and emergency treatment capacity when occupational exposure occurs.It has a significant role to reduce the incidence of AIDS in medical staff.It fits to carry out within the hospital.
