摘　　要：目的探讨因子宫内膜因素引起不孕的诊断性刮宫时间。方法收集了66例结婚2年不育不孕症妇女不同时限的诊断性刮宫病理切片进行临床病理分析,强调刮宫标本应从宫底或宫体取出,不应该取峡部内膜。结果 10例在月经前3-4d诊刮的标本组织损害较小,能准确反映腺体、间质发育及分泌情况。月经后4-6h诊刮的标本,有部分内膜组织变性、坏死,不同程度影响诊断。月经后6h以上的标本,有意义的内膜腺体基本脱落坏死,较难明确诊断。结论对不孕症诊刮时间如月经规律最好在月经前3-4d,如在月经后,最好在4h以内,不要超过6h。Objective To investigate the factors for endometrial curettage time of diagnosis of infertility.Methods 66 patients collected 2 years of marriage infertile women with infertility of different time-diagnostic curettage pathology clinical pathologic analysis,stressed the curettage specimen should be removed Palace Palace of the end or should not be taken isthmus endometrium.Results 10 cases in the period before the 3d-4d curettage specimens less tissue damage,can accurately reflect the glands,stroma,development and secretion.4-6h after menstruation curettage specimens,some endometrial tissue degeneration,necrosis,varying degrees of influence diagnosis.Period of more than 6h after the specimens,meaningful basic sloughing endometrial glands,difficult to confirm the diagnosis.Conclusion The diagnosis of infertility,such as menstrual regularity scratch time period,preferably before 3d-4d,as in menstruation,preferably within 4h,no more than 6h.
