早下床活动对妇科手术后病人可行性研究

摘　　要：我们对妇科手术后病人的下床时间进行了研究，其方法是，全子宫切除病人于术后２天开始下床活动，次全子宫切除病人于术后１天开始下床活动，早下床活动的病人共１４０例，与传统的护理方法比较，其并发症明显减少，输液天数，全子宫切除病人缩短了１４８天，次全子宫切除病人缩短了０８８天，住院日数，全子宫切除病人减少了３４４天，次全子宫切除的病人减少了０９天，加速了病情恢复，收到良好的效果。We conducted the study on time of out of bed of gynaecology postoperating patients.The method:The patients with total hysterectomy did exercises after two days of operation and partial hysterectomy did exercises one day after operation.140 cases of getting out of bed early compared with rutine nursing methods,Former had less complications.The days of transfusion shorter 1.48 day with total hysterectomy and partial shorter 0.88 day.Days of hospitalized shorter 3.44 days with total gysterectomy and shorter 0.9 day with partial,It speeded up the recovery of patients and had a good effect.
